Albuquerque Chamber Soloists welcomes you to our 18th season of great chamber music performances by outstanding New Mexico artists and guests. Last season was an exceptional one, both artistically and for significant audience attendance. In addition, ACS was nominated for the second year in a row by Albuquerque The Magazine in its “Best of The City” poll in the “Best Classical Music” category, along with NMSO and CMA. So we have reason to celebrate our blessings and we are honored to share these achievements with our dedicated audience.

We have a thrilling new season planned, with something for everyone - the traditional masterpieces you continue to love, a few avant-garde surprises, plus our annual blockbuster Figueroa/Felberg Family concert – our fifth. You will be receiving our new season brochure shortly. ACS has a resolute commitment to support the wonderful New Mexico musicians who form the foundation of our orchestras and universities.

All this would not be possible without your continued and steadfast support. Our Board of Directors joins me in asking you for a generous contribution to our 2008-2009 Annual Fund Drive. Your gift is so important to us! Despite bargain ticket prices which will remain unchanged this season, and truly conservative fiscal management, less than one-third of our presenting costs are generated by ticket sales.
